Bioaugmentation Microdosing Kit

Precise culture delivery and measurement for controlled bioaugmentation applications

The Bioaugmentation Microdosing Kit is designed for accurate delivery and measurement of bioaugmentation cultures in the field. It allows precise control of both volume and mass dispensed from culture kegs, improving consistency and ensuring complete coverage across injection points.

SDC-9 Microdosing System

Key Features

  • Precise measurement of culture in 25 ml increments for controlled dosing
  • Accurate tracking of total culture mass using a field-rugged digital scale
  • Two-stage inert gas regulator for consistent, low-pressure dispensing
  • Low dead-volume valve system minimizes waste and improves dosing accuracy
  • Complete kit with tubing, fittings, and protective case for field use

    Best For

    • Bioaugmentation applications requiring precise dosing
    • Direct push injections with small volume intervals
    • Projects where accurate culture tracking is critical
    • Preventing under- or over-application of culture

    System Components

    • Microdosing valve box and measuring tube
    • Two-stage CGA 580 inert gas regulator
    • Electronic scale (up to 50 kg capacity)
    • Tubing, connectors, and fittings kit
    • Protective Pelican case

    How It Works

The system uses a two-position, six-port valve and inert gas pressure to fill and dispense a measured volume of culture from the keg into the injection point. Culture volume is controlled using a measuring tube, while a digital scale tracks the total mass dispensed to ensure accurate dosing throughout the project.
