Equipment for In Situ Bioremediation
Ten-Channel System
High-capacity, multi-point injection for large-scale remediation projects
The Ten-Channel System is designed for large-scale in situ bioremediation projects requiring simultaneous injection across multiple wells. With high flow capacity and independent control at each injection point, it enables efficient delivery and balanced distribution across complex treatment areas.
Key Features
- Ten independent injection lines with on/off control at each point
- Each injection point can be brought on or taken off line at any time during operation
- Dual water-driven proportional feeders for high flow capacity
- Flow meters, pressure gauges, throttling valves, and sight gauges at each wellhead
- Includes approximately 1,000 feet of hose as part of the standard rental package
- Ships in palletized containers for efficient transport and setup
- Mechanical flow meters on the manifold combined with the digital wellhead flow meters on the wellhead provide redundancy and allow for flow rates as between 0.25 gpm and 30 gpm per well

- Operating pressure: 5–55 psi
Dual SuperDos 30
- Flow rate: 0.15–30 gpm per pump (up to 60 gpm total)
- Injection ratio: 0.5%–5%
- Operating pressure: 5–100 psi
System Configuration
- Pallet-mounted injection skid (~300 lbs), shipped on a plastic drum pallet
- Can be transported by forklift, skidded on the ground, or moved on integrated wheels where conditions allow
- Hoses, wellhead units, and accessories shipped in a pallet-sized collapsible bulk container (~560 lbs)
- Forklift-compatible for transport and staging
System Requirements
- Recommended inlet pressure: 30–50 psi
- Typical wellhead pressure: 5–20 psi
- Minimum pressure drop required across feeder: 10 psi
- Avoid exceeding pressure limits to protect well seals and system components
Operational Flexibility
Each of the ten injection points can be brought online or taken offline independently, allowing operators to adapt to varying site conditions and injection performance across the treatment area.
