Equipment for In Situ Bioremediation

Four-Channel System

Simultaneous multi-point injection for efficient mid-scale in situ remediation

The Four-Channel System expands single-point injection into a multi-point solution, allowing simultaneous delivery to up to four wells or subsurface injection points. Built around the same core system as the Single-Channel unit, it adds a manifold and additional equipment to improve efficiency and reduce total injection time across moderate-sized treatment areas.

Best For

  • Moderate-sized treatment areas
  • Simultaneous injection into multiple wells or injection points

Improving efficiency over single-point injection

Single Channel Rental System for RNAS bioremediation products
Four Channel Channel Bioremediation Injection System

Key Features

  • Simultaneous injection into up to four wells or subsurface injection points
  • 1 × 4 manifold for controlled multi-point distribution
  • Each injection point can be brought on or taken off line during operation
  • Mechanical flow meters and digital flow meters for each wellhead
  • Flow meters, pressure gauges, throttling valves, and sight gauges at each wellhead
  • Includes approximately 200 feet of hose for multi-well setup
  • Built using the same core components as the Single-Channel System with added distribution equipment
  • Mechanical flow meters on the manifold combined with the digital wellhead flow meters on the wellhead provide redundancy and allow for flow rates as between 0.25 gpm and 30 gpm per well

Dosmatic Feeder Options

SuperDos 20

  • Flow rate: 0.05–20 gpm
  • Injection ratio: 2%–10%
  • Operating pressure: 5–65 psi

SuperDos 30

  • Flow rate: 0.15–30 gpm
  • Injection ratio: 0.4%–5%
  • Operating pressure: 5–100 psi
System Configuration
  • Includes all components of the Single-Channel System
  • Adds a 1 × 4 manifold and distribution hoses
  • Includes wellhead units, flow meters, and compression fittings for four wells
  • Ships in two wheeled toolboxes (3′ × 2′ × 2′), approximately 100 lbs each
System Requirements
  • Recommended inlet pressure: 30–50 psi
  • Typical wellhead pressure: 5–20 psi
  • Minimum pressure drop required across feeder: 10 psi
System Operation

The Four-Channel System is set up using the same procedure as the Single-Channel System, with the addition of a manifold to distribute flow to multiple wells or subsurface injection points,

The manifold allows operators to:

  • Inject into up to four wells simultaneously
  • Shut off individual wells without interrupting flow to others

Depending on pump selection, flow can be distributed across all wells, typically delivering approximately 5 to 7.5 gpm per well during simultaneous injection
