Equipment for In Situ Bioremediation

Single-Channel System

Portable, single-point injection with precise flow control

The Single-Channel System is designed for controlled injection into a single well or injection point, making it ideal for pilot testing and targeted treatment applications. With adjustable flow and pressure at the wellhead, it allows for precise delivery and reliable performance in smaller-scale remediation projects.

Key Features

  • Single injection line for precise control
  • Water-driven proportional feeder (no external power required)
  • Flow meter, pressure gauge, throttling valve, and sight gauge at the wellhead
  • Includes approximately 50 feet of hose
  • Digital totalizing flow meter for tracking injection volumes
  • Compatible with 1" and 2" well casings
  • Portable folding A-frame design can stand independently or be mounted to a tote
  • Can be expanded to support multiple wells (4–6) with additional components
  • Mechanical flow meters on the manifold combined with the digital wellhead flow meters on the wellhead provide redundancy and allow for flow rates as between 0.25 gpm and 30 gpm per well
